Who can use GreenLeague
GreenLeague (playgreenleague.com) is for US residents 18 or older. By signing up, you confirm both and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy. If we learn you’re under 18, we delete your account.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may change, pause or end GreenLeague, or close accounts that break these Terms.
Practice, not financial services
All trading is simulated. GreenLeague (playgreenleague.com) isn’t a broker-dealer or investment adviser. It doesn’t hold money, execute real trades, give investment advice, or connect to financial accounts. Prices may be delayed or wrong, and simulated results don’t predict real ones. G-Bucks (GreenLeague’s play money) and GreenLeague Points have no cash value. They’re a limited license, not property, and can’t be bought, sold or withdrawn.
Prices, charts and other market data come from third parties under their own terms, and we don’t guarantee them.
Points, duels and challenge results aren’t prizes. GreenLeague doesn’t run contests or sweepstakes for anything of cash value.
Gifts and future rewards
Friend gifts transfer points only inside GreenLeague. Charity gifting and reward conversion are coming-soon interest tests. No charity, loyalty program, or other third party receives anything through those flows, and none of them is affiliated with or endorses GreenLeague. Example exchange rates are illustrative only. Questions about how gifts to causes or rewards might work in the future are hypothetical: GreenLeague does not collect, hold or make donations, and no answer commits you or us to anything.
We may change, pause or end points, gifts or any planned rewards at any time. Nothing we describe as planned, including any reward, gift card or cause named in our ads or landing pages, is promised.
Our ads and landing pages may describe gifts to charities and gift card rewards, such as Walmart or Visa cards, as features. They aren’t available yet and may never launch, and no retailer, card network, charity or loyalty program is affiliated with or endorses GreenLeague.
If you delete your account, its points are deleted too, and any gift you sent that’s still waiting for a friend to join is cancelled.
Surveys, votes and suggestions
We may ask optional questions, such as which rewards you’d want most, whether an example rate feels fair, or which donation setup you’d trust, and invite you to longer surveys or a short interview. Taking part is always voluntary, doesn’t cost points, and doesn’t promise that any feature will launch. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve GreenLeague without owing you anything for them.
Fair play
Don’t spam, harass, automate abuse, exploit point earning, or sell or swap points or accounts for anything outside GreenLeague. Gifting points to other players is allowed. We may adjust points, void challenge results, reset balances or suspend accounts.
One account per person. We may close extra accounts and remove any points earned or gifted through them.
Ownership
GreenLeague and its content belong to us, and we give you a personal license to use it. You keep your display name and messages but let us show them in the app, and we may remove any that break these Terms.
No warranties; limits on liability
GreenLeague (playgreenleague.com) is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Where the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to $50. We may use any feedback you send without paying you.
Law and changes
New York law governs these Terms; disputes go to courts in New York County. If we change them, we’ll update the date above.
If part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. For big changes we’ll tell you in the app first, and using GreenLeague after that means you accept them.
